123 years of Cantina Kurtatsch: on May 13, we celebrated our founding

We celebrated 123 years on May 13. 123 years in which we have overcome crises and  passed on our passion and experience over generations - all true to our motto "in viribus unitis" (with united forces). We celebrated this - as every year - with a cozy get-together with our members: a good glass of wine and a selection of typical Alto Adige charcuterie in a family setting.

In addition to the much-awaited glass of our sparkling wine 600 BLANC DE BLANCS 2017 (the foundation day also marks the release of the new vintage of our Metodo Classico),  a wine seminar awaited our members this year, where knowledge about wine enjoyment and culture was deepened through a joint tasting. Sauvignons from Marlborough (New Zealand) and Pouilly-Fumé (France) as well as a Bordeaux blend from Pomerol (France) could be tasted by the participants together with our wines in order to show the differences of the different wine-growing areas and the potential of our sites.
