We are speechless! 1x Platinum and 2x Gold for our white wines at the 22nd edition of the DWWA (@decanter World Wine Awards) – the world’s largest and most influential wine competition with 18,000 wines submitted. That makes us the 2nd-best winery in Alto Adige in terms of awards received!

A total of 248 experts from 35 countries – including 72 Masters of Wine and 22 Master Sommeliers – tasted wines from 57 countries in a multi-stage blind tasting. We’re all the more thrilled that our wines were able to convince such a high-calibre jury amidst this incredible number of submissions!

PLATINUM – 97 points:
FREIENFELD Chardonnay Riserva 2022 – Best Chardonnay in Italy and best Alto Adige wine, ex aequo with three others!

GOLD – 95 points:
KOFL Sauvignon 2023 – 2nd-best Sauvignon in Italy, ex aequo with two others
BRENNTAL Gewürztraminer Riserva 2022 – 2nd-best Gewürztraminer in Italy

93 points: PENON Pinot Grigio 2023 – 2nd-best Pinot Grigio in Italy, ex aequo with two others
