FREIENFELD convices again! "Faccino for the Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

FREIENFELD convinces the jury of the Essential Guide to the Wines of Italy again this year! While last year the Chardonnay Riserva FREIENFELD was awarded the "Faccino" by Doctor Wine, this year the highest award went again to the Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2018 vintage was able to meet the requirements of Daniele Cernilli, who every year, based on quality, typicity and conformity with the respective vintage, awards the best wines 95+/100 points and the "Faccino".

Many thanks from the whole team for the award!

The "Guida Essenziale ai Vini d'Italia" is published for the ninth time with the 2023 edition. Each year, Daniele Cernilli, deputy editor Riccardo Viscardi and editor-in-chief Stefania Vinciguerra review Italy's wineries. The best-scored wines are awarded the "Faccino", Doctor Wine's highest award.
