SELECTION line: a fresh new look meets sustainable packaging

Light, lighter, lightweight bottle – and with the 2024 vintage, the rest of our SELECTION line’s packaging gets a modern and refreshing update to match.

The three cypresses – a symbol of our Mediterranean climate – are now larger and more clearly defined. New to the design is the stylized silhouette of the mountain ridge above Kurtatsch: an Alpine element that, together with the cypresses, showcases the special character of our terroir. These visuals also appear on the new cases, made from 75% recycled material. With minimal printing and a natural tone, they feel brighter and more approachable – a perfect fit for the new look.

The introduction of the lightweight bottle marks another step toward sustainability. Reducing the bottle weight from 550 to 395 grams – a 28% decrease – cuts CO₂ emissions by 135 grams per bottle, saving a total of 107 tons of CO₂ per year. That’s equivalent to the annual carbon offset of around 107 to 214 trees, depending on the species and growth rate. You’ll spot the corresponding logo on both the label and the case.
