The TRES Events: Evenings Full of Emotions

Once again, we presented TRES as a preview, first to 23 national and international journalists, and a few days later to the most important restaurateurs, sommeliers, and distributors from Alto Adige.

The guests were treated to several highlights, starting with the "en plein air" performance where the artist Carmen Maria Alber painted the label of the new vintage on the terrace overlooking the "Millawand", the dolomite rock cliff depicted on the new label. Culinary delights from South Tyrolean chefs (Chris Oberhammer from the Tilia restaurant, Anton Dalvai from the Berggasthof Dorfner, and the team from Amalia Pernter) completed the evening, along with two exciting tastings.

During the first tasting, our Merlot Cabernet SOMA, Cabernet Riserva KIRCHHÜGEL, Merlot Riserva BRENNTAL, and Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva FREIENFELD showcased the potential of the 2016 vintage. The second tasting, a blind tasting in this case, once again presented TRES alongside 100-point icons from Bordeaux and Tuscany - with consistently positive feedback! South Tyrolean restaurateurs and sommeliers, in particular, expressed great enthusiasm for our wines and were pleasantly surprised during the unveiling of the comparative tasting!
